Details

This half-cell testing device is designed for studying the electrochemical behavior of sheet electrodes, ion exchange membranes, and membrane electrodes in gas-liquid reaction systems. It offers features such as high current capacity, enhanced reaction yield, strong corrosion resistance, and effective gas-liquid phase separation. The device allows precise micro-distance positioning of a capillary tip relative to the working electrode, which is user-supplied and can be controlled to a reaction area of 1 cm². With a volume of approximately 20 ml and a graphite gas flow path of 15 mm × 15 mm, it is suitable for applications including fuel cells, carbon dioxide reduction, water electrolysis, nitrogen reduction, and zinc-air batteries. A silver chloride reference electrode with a salt bridge is included as default. The counter electrode (e.g., carbon paper or carbon cloth) is also provided by the user.

Customizable according to requirements

Application: mainly used for the study and analysis of the electrochemical behavior of sheet electrodes, ion exchange membranes, and membrane electrodes. It has the characteristics of large current, high reaction (generation) quantity, strong corrosion resistance, and gas-liquid phase separation. It can accurately position the microporous capillary tip to the working electrode at a micro distance.

Suitable for gas-liquid phase reaction systems such as fuel cells, carbon dioxide reduction, water electrolysis, nitrogen reduction, and zinc-air batteries.

Volume: approximately 20ml

Gas flow path (graphite sheet pressure block): 15mm*15mm

Working electrode: to be provided by the user, can effectively control the reaction area (1cm2)

Counter electrode: carbon paper, carbon cloth or other materials with good conductivity to be provided by the user

Default accessory: one silver chloride electrode (including salt bridge)
