1, vacuum storage or glove box with self-sealing bag 2 layers of packaging, especially high nickel, sodium positive electrode materials, improper storage will lead to increased battery internal resistance
2, pole piece is not rolled, need to be rolled according to the recommended compaction density
3, coating surface density should be determined according to the actual weighing results, the surface density of the coating does not include the current collector
4. the actual weighing calculates the mass of the active substance (mg)= (the weight of the small disc mg-the surface density of the current collector mg/cm2 * the area of the small disc cm2)* the proportion of the active substance
5, the amount of the theoretical active substance (mg)= the surface density of the coating mg/cm2 * the proportion of the active substance * the small disc cm2
6, and the theoretical surface capacity mAh/cm2 = coating surface density mg/cm2 * active substance ratio * gram capacity mAh/g ÷ 1000
7. when calculating gram capacity, it is calculated according to the amount of active substance actually weighed, due to the tolerance of coating surface density, the actual weighing shall prevail
8. crease: single-sided pole piece is easy to roll after rolling, and flat packing may lead to crease
9. vanadium pentoxide pole piece defect: during production, packaging or transportation, the surface of pole piece is easy to be worn and scratches and other obvious traces
10. during punching and cutting, the exposed foil is easy to fall off at the edge of the pole piece, as shown in the following figure:

1. in order to inhibit expansion, the positive and negative electrodes need to be compacted during power deduction assembly;
2. the test chart shown below shows that the electrolyte used is 2M zinc sulfate and the current is 0.1A/g;
3. the improvement of gram capacity and cycle performance by optimizing electrolyte is clear, and no standardized formula has been provided yet. Pole piece can assist in electrolyte development
