Applications

Silicon nano powder is mainly used as a lithium-ion battery anode material. Silicon anodes are a trending anode material for lithium-ion batteries because of their high capacity.  The nano size silicon anode powder avoids the capacity loss due to the volume changes of silicon during charge and discharge cycles, and therefore is more advantageous than micron-sized silicon anode powder.
