Suitable for CR2032 power cradle test
1. Size: The diameter of this electrolyte sheet is ±0.1mm, which does not affect the assembly of the buckle battery. The mold should be careful to use for users with high accuracy (for example, in fixed-size molds).
2. Process: This product is a ceramic piece, not a vegetative embryo made of pure powder pressing.
3. Stability: This product is stable to air moisture and can be used in conventional environments.
4. The electrolyte sheet has high hardness but high brittleness. Pay attention to the applied pressure and uniformity when using it. Comparatively test the assembly and buckle method. Do not roll the sheet. The lithium metal negative electrode is generally made of molten lithium or lithium sheets, and the contact surface with the electrolyte sheet is melted.
5. Test ionic conductivity: This product has been evenly polished, but it still needs to be simply polished before use. For millimeter-level thickness, you can use 2000 mesh sandpaper to polish it to the smooth surface. For 100 micron-level flocking gauze, you can use slightly polish it.Then spray gold on both sides to protect the side from spraying gold. Use a multimeter to test that the resistance between two points on the same side is between 1 and 10Ω, and the spray gold is successful.The electrolyte sheet with successfully sprayed gold was clamped on both sides with a buckle test clip and conducted an EIS test.
6. Assembled buckle battery: suitable for CR2032 model buckle battery case.The assembly structure is the same as that of conventional liquid buckles. The battery sealing pressure needs to be adjusted by itself, and it is only necessary to slowly press until the edge of the buckle shell is slightly arc-shaped, and the pressure used is smaller than that of conventional liquid buckles.(For reference only)
