Details
Raman spectra is a type of scattering spectrum. Raman spectroscopy analysis is based on the Raman scattering effect discovered by Indian scientist C.V. Raman. It analyzes the scattering spectra with different incident light frequencies to obtain information about molecular vibrations and rotations, and is applied in the study of molecular structures.
1. Product Usage:
1) Widely used for electrochemical in-situ Raman spectroscopy research on various lithium-ion battery cathodes/anodes, sodium-ion battery cathodes/anodes, and potassium-ion battery cathodes/anodes materials;
2) The mold is suitable not only for in-situ Raman characterization during charge-discharge processes, but also for phase transition studies during cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry processes;
3) The mold allows for electrode surface vertical imaging;
4) The mold can be equipped with two/three electrode tests;
5) Convenient to use and easier to focus.
2. Product Features:
1) Cavity diameter: 50mm, height: 18mm, window glass thickness: 0.5mm, window diameter: 8mm, sample fits with window, sample diameter can be up to 18mm;
2) The cavity is sealed with O-rings, ensuring good sealing performance at the window of the product;
3) The cavity is made of PEEK, resistant to acid and alkali, and high temperature resistant;
4) Easy to operate, compact in size, and easy to disassemble;
5) Suitable for various current collector materials, and window materials can be replaced as needed;
6) The window of this product can be replaced with quartz window, sapphire, quartz glass;
7) Can be used with high/low-temperature devices;
8) Raman signal is strongest when laser spot is focused, widely used in major mainstream Raman brands, no need to modify the instrument, suitable for lasers of various wavelengths;
9) The electrode area is adjustable;
10) Optical window has high transparency and low signal loss.
