This hydrothermal reaction kettle from Kemi is designed for solvent-mediated synthesis of nanomaterials and small-scale pressure reactions. The vessel features a PTFE inner liner with excellent chemical inertness, supported by a non-magnetic 304 stainless steel outer barrel. Rated for up to 220°C and 30 bar, the self-sealing slot surface and silver-plated main thread help prevent thread seizing. Available in volumes from 10 mL to 1000 mL, it is commonly used in atomic absorption spectroscopy and plasma emission spectroscopy sample preparation. The outer barrel and inner liner must be matched by brand and model for proper compatibility and safe operation.

The reaction kettle shell or outer barrel must match the brand/model of the inner liner in order to be compatible; otherwise, they cannot be used together.
