This imported activated carbon is developed for use as an electrode material in supercapacitors and electric double-layer capacitors (EDLCs). Derived from coir, it offers high efficiency, low resistance, and consistent durability, with a pore volume of 0.7 ml/g that supports effective ion adsorption and charge storage. The material is suitable for both aqueous and organic electrolyte systems, making it relevant for research into high-performance energy storage devices. It is supplied in sealed plastic bottles with aluminum-plastic film packaging for moisture protection, and stored at room temperature with a five-year shelf life.
