Product Advantages:

  1. It ensures uniform flatness and consistent thickness for all cells, improving overall cell thickness consistency.
  2. The pressurized forming iron clamps prevent pouch cell swelling and deformation. Compared with commonly used dovetail clips, acrylic plates and bakelite boards, the iron clamps deliver higher clamping force up to 50kg; the tempered glass features high hardness and permanent deformation resistance.
  3. It optimizes electrode-electrolyte interfacial contact, reduces thickness swelling during cycling, and enhances cycling consistency.
  4. Simple and fast operation, with an average loading speed of 15 cells per minute.
  5. It can replace traditional hot & cold pressing processes, effectively forming a stable SEI interfacial layer to boost cell cycling performance and service life. The clamp forming process enables better electrolyte infiltration into electrode pores.

Clamp Opener Engineering Drawing:

    1. Large air cylinder — for opening iron clamps
    2. Main regulating valve — adjusts the opening stroke width of iron clamps
    3. Connecting rod — links air cylinder and movable jaw
    4. Connecting block — fastens connecting rod to movable jaw
    5. Movable jaw — mounts iron clamps
    6. Fixed jaw — holds iron clamps, mounted on force gauge
    7. Force gauge — measures clamping force when iron clamps are opened. Refer to the force gauge manual for full functional instructions.
    8. Force gauge base — fixes the force gauge in place
    9. Base plate — main mounting base of the equipment
    10. Slide block — guides the movement of movable jaw
    11. Small connecting block — secures small connecting rod and movable jaw
    12. Small connecting rod — connects small air cylinder
    13. Small regulating valve — adjusts opening width for cell unloading
    14. Slide rail — supports slide block, guides movable jaw travel
    15. Cylinder support — mounts large air cylinder and small air cylinder
    16. Small air cylinder — positions movable jaw during cell unloading
    1. The clamping force of iron clamps can be customized as required.
    2. The dimensions of tempered glass plates can be customized according to customer requirements.
    3. Iron clamps must be used together with clamp openers and tempered glass plates during operation.
