Applied range:
Thisequipment is intelligently controlled by a control panel or a central control system, and can operate automatically according to the prepared mixing process flow. It is equipped with two spiral stirring paddles and two sets of zigzag dispersion discs, driven by double planetary structure respectively, which can meet the high-efficiency mixing between various powders and liquids. After stirring and dispersing, the particle size, uniformity of particle distribution and consistency of viscosity are controlled. At the same time, the stirring barrel has the functions of rapid replacement and vacuum sealing, by means of vacuum, the bubbles in the slurry can be eliminated, so as to meet the requirements of stirring and pulping process.
