1. this machine adopts a turntable structure. there are two cavities on the turntable, which are alternately transferred to the working position of the vacuum cavity, while the other 1 positions take and discharge materials;

2. High indexing accuracy of turntable (with cam divider made in Taiwan, non-synchronous belt structure), angle error: within 30sec;

3. The upper and lower heads and the heating element have a structure to prevent thermal deformation to ensure the parallelism of the heads under heating;

4. The alignment degree of upper and lower heads can be adjusted by adjusting mechanism;

5. The upper head and bayonet can be automatically raised by the touch screen control, and separated from the vacuum chamber for maintenance and replacement of the head and bayonet;
