Details

Zinc foil (rolled) is developed for use as a current collector and electrode substrate in zinc-based batteries and energy materials research. This product features a range of thicknesses from 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm, with widths of 100 mm or 150 mm, providing flexibility for experimental setups. The rolled manufacturing process ensures consistent mechanical properties, though small-quantity cuts (≤1 m) may exhibit slight creases due to manual handling. To maintain surface integrity, it is recommended to wear gloves during use. Typical applications include zinc‑air batteries, aqueous zinc‑ion batteries, and electrochemical testing where reliable metal foil substrates are required.

1) In principle, metal foils are not eligible for return or exchange. It is recommended to record a video as evidence before unpacking to avoid disputes over appearance issues.

2) Products within 1 meter are considered small quantities and require manual cutting and rolling. It is not possible to completely control the absence of creases or embossing. Customers who mind the appearance should not purchase.

3) When handling the product, please wear gloves. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if there are fingerprints.
