• The cell body is integrally machined from solid quartz with four-sided light transmission, no adhesive bonding applied.
• The light transmittance of the quartz material exceeds 95%.
• The cell lid is made of PEEK.
• Matching electrodes are available for this cell: Ag/AgCl reference electrode (3.0 mm diameter), platinum wire counter electrode (0.5 mm diameter), platinum mesh working electrode (6×7 mm).
• Gap dimension of the cell: 8×6.5×1.5 mm.
• Square cell body with overall dimension of 12×12 mm.
• The quartz sealing section features an external thread structure, and its inner core is made of 360° rotatable PEEK. This design enables precise alignment between electrodes and the thin-layer gap; sealing is achieved by tightening the outer PEEK cover.
• Hermetic sealing for electrode assemblies is realized on the PEEK plug, where compression of the O-ring via sealing screws delivers airtight performance.
