This product, Nickel-Iron-Manganese Sodium (NiM), is a layered oxide cathode material developed for sodium-ion battery research. Featuring an O3-phase single-crystal structure, the material offers stable electrochemical performance, good dispersion during electrode preparation, and favorable initial coulombic efficiency. Due to its sensitivity to moisture, vacuum-sealed storage and strict humidity control throughout processing are required. Recommended electrode baking conditions are 105°C for 4 hours, and testing is performed using a sodium-ion electrolyte (KLD-NC06). Typical applications include the fabrication and evaluation of sodium-ion battery cathodes in laboratory-scale research, where consistent material properties and repeatable results are essential. The material is available in multiple mass options (20 g to 1000 g) to support varied experimental scales.

 

The material needs to be vacuum sealed for storage

The material is prone to water absorption, and humidity control is required throughout the entire production process

The electrolyte used during testing is sodium ion electrolyte KLD-NC06

Baking conditions for electrode: Bake at 105 ℃ for 4 hours
