Its integrated design incorporates a contaminant- and oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump, ensuring safe operation in clean rooms and ultra-clean workbenches. The stainless steel components (316L) offer high-temperature sterilization resistance and corrosion protection, while a vent on the filter cup upper cover can be fitted with an air filter to prevent secondary contamination.
