The silicon carbon alloy features excellent processing performance and low cycle expansion, addressing common challenges in silicon-based anodes. To optimize electrochemical stability and cycling performance, it is recommended to incorporate 0.5–2% CNT into the formula, increase the electrolyte additive dosage relative to graphite anodes, and use specialized PAA-series binders. These measures help mitigate the poor SEI film formation typical of silicon anodes. Suitable for high-capacity polymer and cylindrical batteries, this material is intended for both research and practical application in advanced lithium-ion systems.

Tips for using this material:

1) Can add 0.5%~2% CNT in the anode formula, which helps improve cycling performance

2) Increase the amount of electrolyte additive, double the amount used in graphite anodes, which helps improve the poor SEI film of silicon anodes

3) Use special adhesive for silicon carbon anode (such as PAA series adhesive), which effectively improves the material's electrochemical performance (such as cycling performance, etc.)
