This product is developed for precision formation and capacity grading of small-format batteries, particularly suitable for low-current testing at 10 mA with a voltage range of 5 V. Designed for research and production environments, the CT-4008T-5V10mA test cabinet supports a wide variety of battery formats—including coin cells, cylindrical cells, pouch cells, prismatic aluminum case cells, solid-state batteries, metal lithium batteries, and zinc-ion batteries. Its compact architecture integrates into glovebox stacking lines, dry electrode preparation lines, and single-layer stacked battery lines, making it a versatile tool for both academic research and industrial quality control. The cabinet emphasizes stable current output and accurate capacity measurement, essential for evaluating electrode materials, electrolyte performance, and battery cycle life in early-stage development or small-batch production.
