Details
NASICON type sodium ion solid electrolyte, Na3Zr2Si2P012, powder pellet for electrical testing
1. Size: The diameter of this electrolyte sheet is 12mm ± 0.5mm, which does not affect the assembly of button type batteries. Users with high precision requirements for molds should be cautious (such as those used in fixed size molds).
2. Craftsmanship: This product is a fired ceramic tile, not a simple powder pressed blank.
3. Stability: LATP, LAGP, NZSPO are stable to air moisture and can be used in conventional environments; LLZTO is sensitive to moisture and can be operated in glove boxes or polished in low humidity rooms. LATP is unstable to lithium metal, where Ti is easily reduced.
4. Electrolyte sheets have high hardness but high brittleness. When using, pay attention to the size and uniformity of the applied pressure, which tests the assembly and crimping techniques. Do not roll press the sheet. Lithium metal negative electrodes are generally made of molten lithium or lithium sheets, and the contact surface with the electrolyte sheet is melted.
5. Testing ion conductivity: This product has undergone rough polishing and polishing. Before use, the electrolyte sheet needs to be finely polished to remove the surface lithium carbonate layer. Spray gold on both sides again to protect the side from spraying gold. Use a multimeter to test the resistance between two points on the same side, which is between 1-10 Ω, to confirm successful spraying of gold. Clamp the electrolyte sheet that has been successfully coated with gold on both sides with a clamp for EIS testing.
6. Assembled button type battery: suitable for CR2032 model button type battery case. The assembly structure is the same as conventional liquid charging, and the sealing pressure of the battery needs to be adjusted by oneself. Slowly apply pressure until the edge of the charging shell is slightly curved, and the pressure used is lower than that of conventional liquid charging. (For reference only)
