Product Description & Specifications

  • The optical window of the cell is made of quartz with light transmittance higher than 95%.
  • The optical window assembly is connected to the cell body via locking rings to guarantee sealing, enabling quick and convenient replacement of quartz window sheets.
  • Valves and aeration fittings are equipped for atmosphere protection; the valve connected to the aeration device serves as the gas inlet.
  • This cell adopts a fully sealed system. Vacuum pumping (< -100 kPa) is available via the valve, and slight pressurization is supported. For safety reasons, the pressure shall not exceed 0.5 MPa.
  • Pressurization is prohibited for double-layer cells due to thin inner glass walls caused by manufacturing limitations.
  • Custom electrodes are required to match this cell perfectly.
  • Electrodes can be inserted and removed internally through headphone jacks on the lid to achieve full sealing of the electrode assembly.
  • Single-layer cell bodies feature a hollow layered design to effectively eliminate solution shadowing.
  • Widely applied to three-electrode systems. Cell volumes range from 30 mL to 500 mL with customized options available; note that the minimum volume is 30 mL.
  • The cathode and anode compartments are separated by an ion exchange membrane (supplied by the user). The reference electrode and working electrode are placed in the same compartment to efficiently reduce IR drop.
  • The inner core is made of 360° rotatable PTFE to align electrodes precisely with the optical window. Sealing is realized by tightening the outer POM lid.
  • Sampling ports are not included in the standard configuration; a separate quotation is required if sampling ports are needed.
