• Cell Body Material: High borosilicate glass
• Flat sheet working electrodes are adopted for this cell. Test samples can be mounted, disassembled and processed easily.
• A circular hole with a fixed exposed area of 1 cm² is set on the side wall; custom sizes are available upon request, matched with sealing O-rings.
• Conductive connection of the working electrode relies on gold-plated copper sheets to clamp samples for electric conduction. Gold-plated copper features outstanding corrosion resistance and fine appearance.
• The sample fixing bracket is made of 316F stainless steel, which combines elegant outlook and anti-corrosion performance.
• A magnetic stir bar placement zone is reserved at the bottom of the cylindrical cell to optimize mass transfer during experiments. Simply place the stir bar inside the cell and mount the cell on a magnetic stirrer for stirring.
• The auxiliary electrode (counter electrode) supplied is a 20×20 mm platinum mesh electrode.
• A dedicated salt bridge is configured for the reference electrode to optimize experimental performance. For corrosion tests requiring chloride-free environments, fill the salt bridge with saturated potassium nitrate solution.
