This machine is mainly used for the lamination of square lithium-ion batteries and metal lithium batteries. The working process is as follows: unwinding the diaphragm
1. The device can be compatible with the negative electrode being copper-lithium composite tape (sheet) or metal lithium tape (sheet), and only a single sheet can be placed at a time;
2. The equipment can be compatible with graphite pole pieces, which can be put multiple or single sheets at a time;
3. Avoid metal powder from moving parts in contact with the product;
4. The overall circuit appearance of the equipment is neat and beautiful, and the movable mechanism adopts the towing chain installation circuit;
5. The equipment electric control box (outside the glove box) is linked to the equipment through a closed aviation plug, which is convenient for the equipment to be put into the glove box for use;
6. The exhaust of the solenoid valve is arranged in the glove box, and the compressed gas medium is the same as the gas medium in the glove box;
7. The manipulator sets the film shaking function to reduce the number of films; & nbsp;
8. The suction cup manipulator moves back and forth, and the lamination efficiency is high;
9. stacking table adopts sliding table structure, servo precise positioning, high stability, stacking table motor lifting, to ensure the lamination process pressure claw pressure constant;
10. The positive and negative pressing claws are designed separately to avoid mixing of positive and negative materials;
- The pressing claw has an automatic pressure relief function after each lamination is completed to ensure that the pole piece has no indentation in visual inspection;
12. The diaphragm is unwound, and the diaphragm is pulled back by torque by default;
13. positive and negative electrode plate handling mechanism linkage arrangement, using soft suction nozzle and plastic guide column, no metal chips;
14. with positive and negative plate shaping device to ensure the precision of lamination;
15. The diaphragm is cut with resistance heating wire to ensure that the diaphragm incision is neat and does not draw wire;
16. the cell is blanking by hand rotating and out of position, and the cell is manually taken away;
17. The electric box is set outside the glove box and placed separately from the equipment in the glove box. The power supply and control signals between the two are connected through the aviation plug;
18. The program is written with safety protection, action interlock, accurate alarm and operation prompt.
19. The equipment has friendly interface, easy operation and simple maintenance.
