Manufactured from high-quality 304 stainless steel, each component—including the mesh anode case, contact spring, and gasket—is pre-cleaned with professional solvents and ready for direct use in laboratory assembly. The kit supports customization of spacer and spring dimensions to match specific experimental configurations, with options for both positive-only cases or full sets including negative cases and spacers. Commonly employed in energy materials research, these coin cell cases enable reliable testing of novel cathode chemistries under controlled conditions, providing a standardized platform for evaluating electrochemical performance in coin-type battery setups.

Battery cover (anode shell), contact spring, gasket cleaning recommendations:

1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for ultrasonic cleaning for 10-20 minutes;

2. Rinse with deionized water using ultrasonic cleaning 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;

3. Dry

Positive shell cleaning recommendations (not recommended for ultrasonic cleaning, as it may cause scratching):

1. Soak in alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for 10-20 minutes;

2. Rinse with deionized water 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;

3. Dry

Note: Korode shell, shell cover, contact spring, and gasket have been cleaned with professional solvents before shipment and can be used directly without cleaning requirements.
