The CR2032 lithium air-pore battery coin cell case kit is designed for assembling coin cells in lithium-air battery research, where precise oxygen access is critical. Manufactured from high-quality 304 stainless steel, this kit includes a perforated positive case with a 0.7 mm aperture, a negative case, a spacer, and a spring—all compatible with the standard CR2032 format. The perforated shell allows controlled gas diffusion into the cell, supporting studies of air-electrode behavior and electrolyte stability. Notably, CORODES-branded components are pre-cleaned with professional solvents, enabling direct use without additional preparation. For applications requiring customized dimensions, alternative spacer and spring sizes (e.g., 15.8×0.5 mm or 16.1×0.8 mm) are available upon request. This kit serves as a reliable platform for evaluating material performance and electrochemical mechanisms in metal-air battery systems.

Battery cover (negative shell), contact plate, gasket cleaning recommendations:

1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for ultrasonic cleaning for 10-20min;

2. Use deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning 2-3 times, each time for 1-2min

3. Dry

Positive shell cleaning recommendations (it is not recommended to use ultrasonic cleaning for positive shell, as it is easy to scratch each other):

1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for soaking for 10-20min;

2. Rinse with deionized water 2-3 times, each time for 1-2min

3. Dry
