This product is designed for high-temperature sintering and calcination processes in advanced materials research, particularly for holding and firing powder samples or small components. Fabricated from 99% alumina via slip casting or die casting and fired at 1800°C, the saggar set offers excellent thermal stability up to 1600°C, making it suitable for repeated use in furnaces. The set consists of an outer boat and multiple inner compartments, available in several configurations to accommodate different batch sizes. Key operational guidelines include pre-baking at 105°C before first use to remove moisture, controlled heating and cooling rates (below 5°C/min under 1200°C and below 4°C/min above 1200°C), and avoidance of direct flame heating. Customization is supported for dimensions or compartment layout, though customized items are non-returnable. The lid functions primarily as a dust cover and is not airtight. This saggar set is commonly applied in laboratories and pilot-scale production for sintering ceramics, catalysts, or battery electrode materials under controlled atmospheres.

1. The corundum boat is made using a slip casting/die casting process and fired at 1800℃. Slight dimensional errors may occur.

2. High temperature resistance up to 1600℃.

3. Before first use, please bake in an oven at approximately 105℃ for 120 minutes to remove moisture.

4. Heating or cooling should not be too rapid. Temperature changes below 1200℃ should be <5℃/minute, and above 1200℃ should be <4℃/minute. For cooling, it is recommended to use electrical temperature control.

5. Do not use a spray gun, acetylene torch, or alcohol lamp for direct heating to avoid uneven heating and cracking.

6. The lid on the corundum boat serves as a dustproof cover; the lid is not airtight. Please note.
