Customization supported

Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.

1. The corundum boat is made by grouting/pressure molding process and fired at 1800°C, with slight dimensional deviations.

2. It withstands high temperatures up to 1600°C.

3. Before the first use, please bake it in an oven at around 105°C for 120 minutes to remove moisture.

4. The heating or cooling rate should not be too fast. The temperature change should be less than 5°C/minute below 1200°C and less than 4°C/minute above 1200°C. It is recommended to control the temperature drop by powering down.

5. Do not directly heat with a spray gun, acetylene torch, or alcohol lamp to avoid uneven heating and cracking.

6. The cover of the corundum boat serves as dust protection, and it cannot be sealed. Please note this.
