This product is a three-layer PP/PE/PP separator film developed for advanced battery systems, including lithium, sodium, potassium-ion, lithium-sulfur batteries, and supercapacitors. Manufactured via a dry stretching process, it features a uniform pore structure and excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and most chemicals. The polypropylene outer layer provides antioxidant properties for stable cycling and trickle charging, while the polyethylene inner layer enables rapid shutdown capability under thermal abuse. Notably, the separator demonstrates zero shrinkage in the transverse direction, improving high-temperature dimensional integrity and reducing the risk of internal short circuits. With a thickness of 38 µm and width of 100 mm, available in roll lengths of 10 or 300 meters, this membrane is suitable for both research and production environments where reliable electrochemical performance and thermal stability are critical.
