Vacuum pre-sealing machine is mainly used in the packaging process of soft-pack batteries
1. Reasonable mechanism design, small footprint, simple operation, high efficiency, stable precision, and good consistency, which can avoid electrolyte splashing during packaging;
2. Suitable for the top side sealing, vacuum degassing, vacuum sealing and other processes of medium and small soft-pack lithium-ion batteries;
3. The head is made of copper material with good heat transfer effect and saving power consumption to improve work efficiency;
4. The head adopts 45 & deg; angle design, driven by a cylinder and guided by two linear bearings to ensure uniform sealing of the product, and the pressure can be adjusted through the pressure regulating valve
section to achieve different process parameter requirements;
5. Good temperature uniformity, high packaging consistency and long service life. The vacuum degree is maintained well to ensure the yield of the finished battery;
6. Split design, the main body can be placed in an ordinary glove box, and the control box is external;
7. When used in the glove box, it is recommended to use inert gas to prevent contamination of the glove box;
8. simple operation, beautiful appearance, small size, light weight.
