Using Yudian AI-518P temperature control instrument and type B thermocouple, programmable 30-segment program temperature control, temperature control accuracy of 1 ℃. The equipment includes a set of stainless steel quick-opening flange and double-ring sealing technology, which can be applied to vacuum or atmosphere sintering, substrate coating and other experimental environments. Built-in double-layer air-cooled structure, surface temperature ≤ 60 ℃. Both ends of the flange are equipped with brackets to reduce the load of the furnace tube and ensure the service life of the furnace tube.
