Details
Product Description & Recommendations:
- Cell body material: High borosilicate glass
- Standard configuration: Cell body, F-type gas inlet, salt bridge, liquid seal, PTFE stoppers
- Electrodes can be matched as required, and extended-length electrodes are mandatory for this cell.
- Widely used for three-electrode systems; customized processing is available upon request.
- Conical-bottom cell design is optional, with volumes ranging from 5 mL to 25 mL.
- Ground joints fit the inverted conical lid to form a seal between the cell and lid.
- The electrode ports are sealed by compressing O-rings with sealing screws.
- A built-in salt bridge shortens the distance between the reference electrode and working electrode, effectively reducing resistance.
- Equipped with an F-type gas inlet that enables gas supply both above and below the liquid surface for atmosphere shielding to meet diverse experimental demands. Stop gas bubbling below the liquid surface when starting the experiment, and only keep gas flowing above the liquid level.
- This cell features a relatively sealed structure. When used with rotating disk electrodes, full sealing cannot be achieved. Increase the gas flow above the liquid surface for adequate atmosphere protection in such cases.
- Two versions available: single-layer and double-layer. The double-layer model adds a constant-temperature water bath function. Continuously circulating thermostatted water flows through the jacket layer to maintain a constant temperature of the test solution inside the cell.
Note:Cells of 5–20 mL volume adopt a conical bottom design, and the effective volume can be adjusted by adding or removing test solution.
• Pool body material: high borosilicate glass
• Configuration: pool body, F-type air inlet, salt bridge, liquid seal, polytetrafluoroethylene plug.
• The electrodes of the electrolytic cell can be matched as required, and all the electrodes must be lengthened.
• The electrolytic cell is commonly used in the three-electrode system and can also be customized according to requirements.
• The electrolytic cell can be used as a sharp-bottomed cell with a volume between 5 and 25 ml.
• The electrolytic cell is sealed with the lid by matching the frosted port with the inverted cone lid.
• The electrode part of the electrolytic cell is squeezed by the sealing screw to achieve the sealing effect.
• The electrolytic cell is equipped with a salt bridge to make the reference electrode closer to the working electrode and effectively reduce the resistance value.
• The electrolytic cell is equipped with F-type air inlet that can ventilate up and down the liquid level. Atmosphere protection is carried out according to different experiments. Please stop the ventilation below the liquid level when the experiment starts, and only the ventilation above the liquid level is reserved.
• The electrolytic cell is a relatively sealed system. If the sealing effect cannot be achieved when used with a rotating disc electrode, the ventilation on the liquid surface should be increased for atmosphere protection. •The electrolytic cell is available in single‑layer and double‑layer configurations. The double‑layer design builds upon the single‑layer version by incorporating a thermostatic water bath: continuous circulation of temperature‑controlled water through the cell’s jacket ensures that the solution under analysis maintains a constant temperature.
note: 5-20 ml is a sharp-bottomed pool, which can be controlled with the increase or decrease of the solution
