Solid state battery insulation mold description
1. In the process of filming, the mold and the powder tablet press are used together.
2. If the battery material is sensitive to moisture or oxygen, the whole process of assembling the solid-state battery needs to be operated in the glove box. After the battery is assembled, it should be tested in a glove box or an airtight dry container. Notes:
1. When using the mold, the limit of the maximum working pressure of the abrasive must be observed;
2. Exceeding the working limit pressure will cause damage to the abrasive, and the maximum working pressure of the abrasive tool of different diameters is different;
3. After the mold is used, the mold should be cleaned and dried, and the inside of the mold and the mold should be protected by lubricating grease to prevent surface oxidation and corrosion, and then placed in a dry and closed environment for maintenance.

Material Specifications
1. Mold components: stainless steel outer frame, ceramic Al2O3 or PEEK liner, mold steel ejector rod, PEEK insulating screw gasket.
2. Liner specifications: ceramic Al2O3 or PEEK inner tank with an outer diameter of 25.0mm and a height of 18.0mm.
3. Inner diameter of the inner tank: 12mm. (Note: Ceramic Al2O3 fixed 10.0mm, PEEK diameter can be customized)
4. Overall specification: device mold Φ50.0*93.7mm.
Compression test
1. The maximum pressure of the mold can reach 600MPa.
2. The pressure of the press to 1 ton is about equal to the pressure of 125MPa. (10mm cavity diameter)
Test functionality
1. Simulate the charge and discharge cycle test of solid-state battery.
2. Simulate the electrochemical performance test of solid-state batteries.
Advantage
1. Easy to assemble and disassemble.
2. Compression column, gasket, mold bottom, and grinding machine treatment for better flatness and smoothness.
