1. The assembly of solid-state batteries requires operation in the glove box.
2. The pressure holding test of mold is about 80-150MPa. If there are lithium sheets or indium sheets, the pressure should be reduced to less than 80Mpa.
1. Protective kit and insulating tablets are all made of PPS.
2. Double sealing ring technology to better ensure mold sealing.
3. Good materials but low prices.
4. Press column, gasket, mold bottom, grinder treatment, better plane and finish.
Solid-state battery pressurization test mold CAN-02
1. Mold components: stainless steel outer frame, PPS material protective parts, ceramic (or PEEK) inner liner, mold steel top rod, double O-ring (10mm matches zirconia ceramic inner liner, and inner liner outside 10mm are all made of PEEK material)
2. Internal specifications: (with PPS sleeve) diameter 40mm.Cavity diameter 10mm (other specifications can be customized).Total height 70mm.
3. Overall specification: The outer diameter of the device is 90mm, and the total height of the screw is 130mm.
Pressure test
1. The maximum pressure can reach 400mpa.
2. Pressure to 1 ton of the press is about equal to the pressure of 125mpa (10mm cavity diameter)
