Built with a mold steel electrode post and a ceramic liner as the core material, it withstands up to 5 T of applied pressure (standard 500 MPa, with 1000 MPa optional) and operates at temperatures up to 200 °C. Ideal for laboratory R&D in new energy and lithium battery fields, the modular construction includes a PEEK sleeve, locking cap, and insulation cap to support reliable cell assembly and pressing. This fixture enables researchers to efficiently evaluate solid-state electrolyte and electrode materials under controlled mechanical and thermal conditions.
