This solid-state battery mold with integrated pressure monitoring is designed for preparing solid electrolyte sheets, pressing composite electrodes, and performing cold or hot pressing of full-cell stacks in solid-state battery research. The mold features a robust tool-steel upper and lower pole assembly and a standard φ10 mm working cavity lined with high-hardness, corrosion-resistant ceramic or PEEK material, with custom cavity diameters available on request. Capable of supporting up to 4 tons of load—equivalent to approximately 500 MPa internal pressure in the φ10 mm cavity—it enables high-pressure densification and interfacial contact impedance studies. The system operates from room temperature up to 80°C and includes dedicated software for sensor data acquisition and recording, making it suitable for systematic electrochemical and mechanical characterization of solid-state battery components.
