This product is a high-purity nickel foam with a thickness of 0.3 mm, designed for use as a current collector, catalyst carrier, or electrode substrate in energy storage and conversion devices such as supercapacitors, fuel cells, and alkaline/neutral electrolyte systems. Featuring a porosity of 98% and an average pore size of 0.28 mm (90 PPI), it offers a large specific surface area combined with low electrical resistivity and good mechanical flexibility. The material maintains structural stability at temperatures exceeding 1100 °C and resists corrosion in various acidic and alkaline environments. Its uniform three-dimensional network ensures efficient electrolyte flow and gas permeability, making it suitable for electrochemical research and prototype fabrication. The foam can be readily cut, bent, or adhered, enabling flexible integration into experimental setups or device assembly.
