This product is a dual-gloss microporous copper foil designed for use as a current collector in energy materials and experimental battery research. With a thickness of 9 micrometers and a width of 200 mm, it offers a balanced combination of mechanical flexibility and electrical conductivity, making it suitable for electrode fabrication in lithium-ion or other advanced battery systems. The microporous structure, achieved through precise processing, enhances electrolyte wettability and active material adhesion, which can contribute to improved electrode performance. Notably, the double-sided gloss finish facilitates uniform pore formation during manufacturing, while single-gloss variants require custom production. Note: This is a dual gloss microporous copper foil. Single gloss copper foil is not easy to form holes and needs to be customized. The price is negotiable
