Details
Product Sales and Opening Inspection Requirements:
A continuous video must be recorded before and during product opening. The video must clearly show the dew point of the dry room or the H₂O/O₂ levels in the glovebox, the product manufacturing date, and the clear appearance of the product. Claims regarding appearance abnormalities after opening will not be accepted without video evidence. Appearance-related claims for products beyond the shelf life will not be accepted.
-
Opening Environment:
The opening process must be carried out in a dry room with a dew point of −45 °C or below, or in a qualified glovebox with H₂O and O₂ levels both below 0.1 ppm. -
Packaging and Product Inspection:
Record the container/package to clearly show that the labeling and seal are intact, and display the manufacturing date. If the packaging is intact, proceed with opening and inspect the product. Take close-up footage clearly showing the actual condition of the product. Then remove the product and place it on a stainless-steel tray or ceramic tray for close inspection. It is sufficient to take a clear close-up video of a small representative portion of the product. The entire unpacking process must be recorded continuously without interruption. Failure to follow the above requirements will be deemed to have caused any resulting product abnormality through improper handling by the user.

Safety Precautions:
This product readily reacts with oxygen and nitrogen when exposed to humid air. It reacts violently with water and may cause fire or even explosion. In case of fire, use dry sand or a suitable dry-powder fire extinguisher.
Storage Conditions:
Store the product under an inert gas atmosphere or a dry-air atmosphere.
Shelf Life:
The shelf life of the unopened product is 6 months when stored under an inert gas atmosphere.
Storage and Handling Recommendations:
- Packaging and Protective Atmosphere:
The product shall be sealed in an aluminum-laminated pouch. The packaging atmosphere shall consist of either dry air with a dew point below −45 °C or clean, dry inert gas. The protective atmosphere must be free from other volatile gases or contaminants that may react with or adversely affect the product. After use, promptly reseal any remaining product to minimize exposure to the surrounding environment. The product should also be kept sealed when stored inside a glovebox. - Package Integrity:
Ensure that the package is tightly sealed and inspect the packaging pouch for any damage, leakage, punctures, or other defects before use. - Dry-Room Requirements:
When handling the product in a dry room, maintain a dew point below −45 °C and relative humidity ≤ 0.3%. If the relative humidity exceeds this limit, the product exposure time should be minimized. - Contamination Control:
Wear appropriate protective gloves and a mask during handling to prevent contamination from skin contact, perspiration, exhaled breath, or other sources. - Operating Environment:
Do not open or handle the product in an environment containing volatile organic solvents or solvent vapors. - Storage After Resealing:
After resealing, store the product in a dry indoor environment at an ambient temperature ≤ 32 °C and relative humidity ≤ 75%. An appropriate air-conditioning or environmental control system should be used as necessary to maintain the specified temperature and humidity conditions.
