BT is a peristaltic pump that consists of a driver, pump head, and tubing. The fluid is isolated in the pump tubing, which can be quickly replaced. The fluid can flow in reverse and the pump can operate dry.
Working principle: A peristaltic pump works by squeezing a tube filled with fluid, similar to squeezing a tube with fingers. As the fingers move forward, the fluid inside the tube also moves forward. The peristaltic pump operates on the same principle, but with a roller instead of fingers. The pump pumps fluid by alternately squeezing and releasing the flexible tubing. It creates a negative pressure inside the tube, causing the fluid to flow, similar to squeezing a tube with two fingers.
In a peristaltic pump, a "pillow" of fluid is formed between two rotating rollers. The volume of the "pillow" depends on the inner diameter of the tubing and the geometric features of the rotor. The flow rate depends on the rotational speed of the pump head, the size of the "pillow," and the number of "pillows" produced by each rotation of the rotor. The size of the "pillow" is generally constant, except when pumping highly viscous fluids.
Comparing pumps with the same rotor diameter, a pump that produces a larger "pillow" volume also delivers a larger volume of fluid per rotation, but it also produces greater pulsation. This is similar to the operation of a diaphragm valve. On the other hand, a pump that produces a smaller "pillow" volume delivers a smaller volume of fluid per rotation. Moreover, the rapid and continuous formation of small "pillows" ensures smoother fluid flow. This is similar to the working principle of a gear pump.


DG multi-channel and 153Yx and 253Yx pump heads can be connected in series, but the 314D pump head cannot be connected. DG1 refers to the 1-channel pump, and DG4 refers to the 4-channel pump.
The black PPS material pump head is resistant to strong corrosion, while the light-colored PSU material pump head is resistant to general chemical corrosion.
The pump has timing, counting, and storage functions and can set running and stopping time and programmed times, making it convenient for filling and delayed shutdown.
Panel operation functions: start/stop, forward/reverse, speed up/down, timing, and filling settings.
External signal control: accepts foot switches, analog signals (0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA), and MODBUS universal protocol.
Standard configuration: digital display driver, pump head, tubing (optional two meters).
Optional accessories: foot switch, spare tubing, filling needle, tubing connector, anti-floating sinking head, etc.
