This in-situ XRD testing cell is developed for real-time structural analysis of secondary batteries, including lithium-ion and sodium-ion systems, during charge and discharge cycles. Engineered with a compact, well-sealed design for easy assembly and disassembly, it enables X-ray diffraction measurements across a broad detection angle from 10° to 90°. The device primarily utilizes Kapton film as the X-ray window, offering advantages of non-toxicity and cost-effectiveness, with an optional upgrade to imported beryllium windows for enhanced transmission. Compatible with a wide range of domestic and international X-ray diffractometers, this fixture supports researchers in monitoring dynamic phase changes and electrode behavior under operating conditions, making it suitable for advanced battery material characterization and electrochemical mechanism studies.
