This hard carbon cloth (HCP331N, hydrophilic type) is developed for use as a flexible electrode substrate in fuel cells and lithium-air batteries, particularly under acidic electrolyte conditions. With a thickness of 0.3 ± 0.02 mm and an area resistance of ≤12 mΩ·cm², it offers low ohmic loss suitable for high-performance electrochemical testing. The material weighs between 150 and 190 g/m² and features a rigid texture for structural integrity during assembly. Its hydrophilic surface treatment enhances electrolyte wettability, improving ion transport in gas diffusion electrode configurations.
