• This electrolytic cell is constructed from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
• The cell consists of two layers: the upper layer is the cell body, and the lower layer serves as a fixing backing plate.
• Tighten the surrounding screws to compress the working electrode sample sheet.
• The applicable working electrodes are sheet-shaped specimens, featuring simple installation, easy disassembly and convenient post-test treatment.
• It is applicable to pre-SEM electrochemical characterization of samples, as well as coating corrosion performance testing in corrosion measurement experiments.
• A circular hole with a standard defined area of 1 cm² is reserved at the bottom; custom hole sizes are available on demand. Equipped with a sealing O-ring: place the sample over the circular hole, then tighten the top screws of the cell body to clamp the sample sheet and achieve full sealing.
• Conductive connection for the working electrode is realized by bonding copper adhesive tape to the sample sheet for electrical conduction.
• Copper adhesive tape: Sold separately.
• Reference Electrodes: Ag/AgCl electrode, saturated calomel electrode (Sold separately).
• Counter Electrodes: Platinum rod, platinum sheet (Sold separately).
• Working Electrode: Test specimen (To be prepared by users).
• Better experimental performance when matched with an electrode holder.
• The electrode holder is not included in the listed price.
