Details

This corrosion test electrolytic cell, from Tianjin Aida, is developed for electrochemical corrosion studies on metal and coated samples, supporting both flat specimens and small-scale coating evaluations. The product line includes a flat plate cell (F029 or F030) with a 300 ml or 250 ml volume, a 1 cm² reaction area, a silver chloride reference electrode, and a 20×20 mm platinum mesh counter electrode—F030 additionally features a double-layer water bath and thermometer. For localized coating assessments, the F005 model uses a 5 ml cell with graphite or stainless steel counter electrode and the same reference electrode. A five-neck configuration (F500, 500 ml working volume) is designed for rapid, consistent testing of multiple metal samples in corrosive environments (excluding HF) at ambient or elevated temperatures, compatible with most electrochemical instruments used in corrosion research.

Flat Plate Corrosion Test Cell:

Can be used for corrosion testing of flat samples. F029 does not come with a water bath and a thermometer, while F030 comes with a double-layer water bath and a thermometer.

Electrode configuration: The silver chloride electrode is the reference electrode.

Auxiliary electrode (counter electrode) is a 20*20 platinum mesh electrode.

Volume: F029: 300ml

F030: 250ml

Reaction area: 1cm²

Coating Evaluation Test Cell (Model: F005):

Suitable for corrosion and coating testing of small samples

Suitable for coating corrosion performance testing, easy and convenient sample installation

Auxiliary electrode: graphite rod or stainless steel rod

Reference electrode: silver-chloride electrode

Volume: 5ml

Reaction area: 1cm²

Five-mouth corrosion test electrolytic cell:

Can be used for testing and determining the corrosion of metal samples in corrosive environments, can ensure a group of metal samples to be tested quickly and consistently in liquid environments, suitable for most electrochemical instruments used in corrosion experiments, can be used in corrosive environments (except HF), at room temperature and high temperature.

Volume: 500ml (actually can use 1000ml)
