• Main body of the cell is made of high borosilicate glass.
• Flat sheet working electrodes are adopted. Samples can be installed, disassembled and processed conveniently.
• This cell is applicable to electrochemical experiments prior to SEM observation of samples, as well as coating corrosion performance testing.
• A circular hole with a fixed exposed area of 1 cm² is reserved at the bottom; custom sizes are available upon request, matched with sealing O-rings.
• Place the sample over the circular hole, then tighten four screws on the top of the cell to compress the sample and achieve complete sealing.
• The conductive connection for the working electrode is realized by adhering copper conductive tape to the test sample.
• The copper conductive tape is easy to operate and replace after corrosion, which can maintain stable electrical conductivity effectively.
• This cell is available in two types: single-compartment and dual-compartment.
• The dual-compartment version is equipped with a thermostatic water bath jacket. Circulating constant-temperature water flows through the jacket to keep a stable temperature inside the cell.
