  • Cell body material: high borosilicate glass
  • Atmosphere shielding is realized by equipped valves and gas sparging assemblies.
  • This fully hermetic cell system supports vacuum pumping down to below -100 kPa via valves; mild pressurization is permissible, yet the internal pressure shall never exceed 0.5 MPa for safety purposes.
  • Custom-manufactured electrodes are required for matching with this electrolytic cell.
  • The reference electrode compartment is separated from the working electrode compartment and connected via a Luggin capillary to effectively reduce IR drop.
  • The aperture of the Luggin capillary tip extending into the working electrode compartment shall not exceed 0.2 mm.
  • Agar gel can be filled inside the Luggin capillary to slow the flow rate of electrolyte.
  • The reference electrode compartment adopts an internal thread sealing structure. Complete sealing is mandatory during operation to prevent liquid leakage between the reference and working electrode compartments caused by the communicating vessel effect.
  • This cell is widely applied in three-electrode systems and can be customized upon request.
