316L Stainless Steel CR2025 Coin Cell Case Set
Made of high-quality 316 stainless steel, suitable for battery manufacturing.
Battery cover (negative pole shell), spring sheet, gasket cleaning suggestions:
1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for ultrasonic cleaning for 10-20 minutes;
2. Use deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;
3. Dry
Positive pole shell cleaning suggestions (ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for the positive pole shell, as it can easily scratch each other):
1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for soaking for 10-20 minutes;
2. Rinse with deionized water 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;
3. Dry
Note:
Canrd snap-on battery case, snap-on battery cover, spring sheet, and gasket have been cleaned with professional solvent before shipment and can be used directly without cleaning.
316 positive and negative pole shell models are available in CR2025/CR2032;
316 gasket specifications include 15.5*0.5/15.8*0.5/15.8*1.0/16.2*0.5/16.2*0.8mm options;
316 wave spring sheet: wave spring sheet 15.4*1.0mm;
316 funnel spring sheet: funnel spring sheet 15.4*1.1mm and funnel spring sheet 13.0*1.8mm options;
