A notable feature is that Canrd pre-cleans these cases—including the spring and gasket—using solvent before shipment, allowing immediate use without additional preparation. Custom orders for the CR2430 do not carry the Canrd logo, while other sizes bear it. The cases are offered in bulk packaging options to support both small-scale and high-throughput research workflows. They are commonly used in button cell fabrication for battery performance evaluation, material screening, and device prototyping.

Customized 2430 does not have a Canrd logo, while the standard version does have the Canrd logo.

Battery cover (cathode shell), spring, and gasket cleaning recommendations:

1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for ultrasonic cleaning for 10-20 minutes;

2. Use deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;

3. Dry

Anode shell cleaning recommendations (anode shell is not recommended for ultrasonic cleaning, as it may cause scratches):

1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for soaking for 10-20 minutes;

2. Rinse with deionized water 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;

3. Dry

Canrd button shell, button cover, spring, and gasket have been professionally cleaned with solvent before shipment and can be used directly without cleaning.
