This 20‑μm trilayer polypropylene/polyethylene/polypropylene separator is developed for use in lithium‑, sodium‑, and potassium‑ion batteries, as well as supercapacitors and lithium‑sulfur systems. Its optimised three‑layer structure (PP/PE/PP) provides a balanced combination of thermal shutdown safety and mechanical integrity, making it suitable for high‑energy‑density and high‑power research cells. The separator’s uniform porosity and low thickness contribute to efficient ionic transport while maintaining electrical isolation between electrodes. Available in disc diameters φ18 mm for coin‑cell assembly and roll formats (100 mm × 10 m or 250 m) for larger‑scale testing, this product is commonly used in laboratory‑scale electrode evaluation, electrolyte compatibility studies, and prototype cell fabrication.
