Details

Sodium iron phosphate pyrophosphate A is a polyanion-type cathode material developed for advanced sodium-ion battery research. It demonstrates excellent rate capability and cycling stability, making it suitable for evaluating electrochemical performance in half-cell configurations. The material is highly moisture-sensitive and requires vacuum-sealed storage along with strict humidity control during handling and electrode preparation. For optimal testing results, it is recommended to use a sodium-ion electrolyte such as KLD-NC06 and bake the electrodes at 105 °C for four hours. Available in 20 g, 100 g, 500 g, and 1000 g bottle sizes, this material supports a range of experimental scales from initial screening to larger electrochemical studies. Its polyanion structure contributes to stable voltage profiles and structural integrity during cycling, which is critical for developing high-performance sodium-ion cathodes.

The material needs to be vacuum sealed for storage

The material is prone to water absorption, and humidity control is required throughout the entire production process

The electrolyte used during testing is sodium ion electrolyte KLD-NC06

Baking conditions for electrode: Bake at 105 ℃ for 4 hours
