Containing both niobium and tantalum, it exhibits ionic conductivity comparable to that of tantalum-doped LLZO (LLZNO), making it a suitable candidate for high-performance lithium-ion conduction. The material is supplied as 500 nm particles, which facilitates homogeneous integration into composite electrodes or electrolyte layers. Due to its inherent instability towards moisture and carbon dioxide, it must be handled and stored under an inert atmosphere to preserve its electrochemical properties. Typical applications include the fabrication of solid electrolyte membranes, interfacial studies in solid-state batteries, and evaluation of lithium transport mechanisms in garnet-type structures.
