The pressurized forming iron clamps prevent pouch cell swelling and deformation. Compared with commonly used dovetail clips, acrylic plates and bakelite boards, the iron clamps deliver higher clamping force up to 50kg; the tempered glass features high hardness and permanent deformation resistance.
It optimizes electrode-electrolyte interfacial contact, reduces thickness swelling during cycling, and enhances cycling consistency.
