It is equipped with two spiral stirring paddles and two sets of zigzag dispersion discs, driven by double planetary structure respectively, which can meet the high-efficiency mixing between various powders and liquids. After stirring and dispersing, the particle size, uniformity of particle distribution and consistency of viscosity are controlled. At the same time, the stirring barrel has the functions of rapid replacement and vacuum sealing, by means of vacuum, the bubbles in the slurry can be eliminated, so as to meet the requirements of stirring and pulping process.

This double planetary vacuum mixer, with a 30-liter working capacity, is developed for preparing high-viscosity electrode slurries used in cylindrical and pouch cell production lines. Its dual-planetary agitation system ensures homogeneous mixing and de-agglomeration of active materials, conductive agents, and binders under vacuum conditions, effectively eliminating air bubbles and improving slurry consistency. The sealed design minimizes solvent evaporation and contamination, supporting repeatable batch processing for research and pilot-scale manufacturing. Common applications include cathode and anode slurry preparation for lithium-ion batteries, where precise control over viscosity and particle dispersion is critical.
