1、 Explanation

The KVR-2000 Internal Resistance Tester is an instrument used to measure the internal impedance of batteries and the degree of damage to battery acidified films, hereinafter referred to as the instrument. It applies a 1KHz AC signal to the tested object and obtains its internal resistance by measuring its AC voltage drop. (It is different from the principle of measuring resistance with a Multimeter, which measures milliohm, while the value measured with a Multimeter is ohm; and the Multimeter can only measure the resistance of objects without power supply, while the internal resistance meter can measure the resistance of objects without power supply, and can also measure the resistance of objects with power supply, so the two cannot be equal.) Use the value of the internal resistance to judge the deterioration state of the battery, and (generally speaking) the smaller the resistance value, the better the performance of the battery. Therefore, using internal resistance to measure batteries is a fast and reliable method.

2、 Applicable scope

1. Nickel cadmium, nickel metal hydride battery (pack), lithium battery and polymer battery used for mobile phones;

3、 Function

1. It can simultaneously display the internal resistance and voltage parameters of the measured object digitally. (Both test pens and test racks can be used)

2. There is a choice of intelligent alarm testing or normal testing mode. (Normal testing only displays voltage and internal resistance parameters, while intelligent alarm testing can automatically determine whether any parameter of the tested object is qualified or not, and provide sound and light prompts, achieving no manual judgment testing.)
